Bob Swindle Wins Prestigious CIOB "Construction Manager of the Year" Award
MPMH’s very own Bob Swindle, a veteran construction manager, has been honored with the prestigious “Construction Manager of the Year” award from the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). The award recognises his exceptional achievements in the field of construction management and his outstanding contribution to the industry.
He was recognised for his outstanding project management achievements while co-ordinating the extremely complex, critical and high-profile redevelopment of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital’s Paediatric Cancer Ward (Ward 2A) which was delivered during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The CIOB awards are among the most highly regarded accolades in the construction industry, recognising outstanding contributions by individuals, teams, and organisations that have demonstrated excellence and innovation in construction management. The awards are highly competitive, with entries from all over the UK.
