Our Story
21 Years of Sustainable Delivery
We celebrated our 20th birthday in 2024. Founded in 2004 by Hans Hill, who is still a director of the business, we have grown to employ over 50 staff with a turnover of £13m.
We deliver projects across all private and public sectors from complex ward refurbishments within hospitals to CAT A fit outs for commercial clients. We work across the UK with projects ranging from £1k to £10m in value.
Our clients include NHS trusts, universities, local authorities, housing associations, facilities management companies, defence manufacturers, commercial landlords, pubs and hotels, and schools.
As a business we believe in long standing relationships, focusing on ensuring our clients are happy throughout their projects. Over 80% of our work derives from repeat business from satisfied clients and from repeat appointment to frameworks. We take pride in having a committed team with a proactive approach across all aspects of a project. Attention to detail, from the inception of a project to its completion, are integral to how the business works and why we continue to grow year on year.
We work closely with all of the project team as we believe a collaborative approach provides best value for everyone involved. In addition, we understand every project is unique and we tailor our approach to suit, providing bespoke solutions which enable each client’s plans to come to life.
We are trusted to deliver on time, on budget with minimum disruption to live environments.
Hear from our clients
“Throughout this challenging project there has been a real ‘can do’ attitude with various contractors and operatives and members of my own team, working together to ensure that the works got done in time and with minimum hassle.
The transformation in such a short space of time is remarkable and what has been achieved is to be commended.”
Robert Kilpatrick
Assistant Director Estates Development and Operations

“All 10s may seem unreal but I can’t fault MPMH on this project. This was a church refurbishment with a tight deadline to meet. Problems arose along the way but the contractors were determined to get it right and on time, which they did. We were very satisfied and very grateful.”
Father Frank Keevins
Parish Priest, St Mungo's Church

MPMH was commissioned to work at our main office buildings in Larch and Assynt House, Inverness. Over that period, they performed their work professionally and their commitment to the project is commendable.
One of the limitations of the project was both buildings had to stay as live office, with careful planning MPMH not only completed the project few weeks before the completion date, they went above and beyond to make sure the health and safety arrangement on site were robust so NHS workforce is not compromised.
Zhen Ron Tan
Project Manager

MPMH completed the new MRI Suite in the Golden Jubilee National Hospital on behalf of NHS Greater Glasgow.
MPMH’s effective management of the works, and timely response to client requests, ensured the construction of a state of the art, high quality facility for the Golden Jubilee National Hospital which was delivered on time and on budget to the satisfaction of client team.
I would personally recommend MPMH and look forward to working with them on future projects.
Ariana Capaldi
Associate Director Design / Project Management

MPMH has been working for over 5 years with Link Property.
They have provided a first class service to our tenants, completed jobs within the agreed timescales, submitted all their job completions and invoices (again in the agreed timescale), communicated with Link and our tenants when specialist materials have been required and always keep us updated with progress on larger jobs.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to carry out work for your organisation.
R Stevenson
Operations Manager

MPMH Construction Ltd is appointed as one of our existing Framework Term Contractors for Joiner Works but do provide Multi-Trade Services as and when required.
Works are to programme, on budget and the finished quality fully meets expectations.
I have had the pleasure of working with MPMH on a number of projects over many years and have no hesitation in recommending the firm as a solid centrally based company who strive to meet client satisfaction.
Ross Campbell
Site Manager, Operational Estates

MPMH was very considerate of our needs as we often had to change the itinerary due to clinical activity and patient safety.
The work was carried out in a professional manner and our domestic staff commented on how tidy and clean each area had been left after completion.
I would have no hesitation in recommending MPMH construction.
